Returns and Cancellation Policy

1. Returns & Refunds
  • Once your order has been delivered and accepted as correct, no exchange or refund is possible.

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect as per the placed order.

  • Any return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Returned products must be:

    • In original packaging

    • Unopened, unused, and sealed

    • Accompanied by:

      • Original invoice/receipt

      • Return/Exchange authorization number

      • A written remark explaining the reason for return

  • If reverse pickup cannot be arranged due to logistics constraints, you may be requested to send the product via an available courier service.

  • No refund or exchange will be provided for opened or used products.

  • Return processing may take up to 3 weeks, after which you will be notified.


2. Replacement Policy
  • If an incorrect product is delivered, you must inform us within 3 business days via email or phone.

  • The incorrect product must be returned within 7 days of delivery, in original packaging with remarks.

  • Courier charges for replacement will be borne by us.

  • Replacement products will be dispatched within 4–5 business days after verification.


3. Changes & Modifications
  • Any changes to item quantity or specifications can be made only before shipment.

  • Once an order is shipped, all sales are final.

  • Orders may be cancelled by us if:

    • Credit approval fails

    • There are issues with the selected payment method

  • Such cancellations will be done without liability.


4. Duplicate Orders & Partial Refunds
  • If you accidentally place the same order twice, you must inform us within 2 business days.

  • In such cases:

    • Courier expenses will be borne by the customer

    • A 3% cancellation penalty will be deducted

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–8 business days, or as per bank policies.


5. Order Cancellation by AvniPure
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to technical or manual error.

  • This applies even if the order has been confirmed or paid for.

  • In such cases, the entire paid amount will be refunded, and the customer will be notified.
